Start, stop, adjust and monitor the shelling equipment to meet remove hulls, and minimize breakage and product loss; perform routine machine maintenance and check shelling efficiency using standard testing methods. Must be able to read production orders, print legibly, move heavy weights (up to 60lbs.) frequently throughout shift, climb, work with hand tools at chest level, work in tight spaces and have good close up vision. Must be able to ride a man lift
