About The Position

The Shelf Stocker position at Goodwill Easterseals Miami Valley involves handling, marking, preparing, and maintaining stock levels of resale items in various departments of the store. This role is essential for ensuring that products are organized, accessible, and in good condition for customers. Requirements

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of warehouse process as it relates to orders.
• Previous shelf stocking experience helpful.
• Ability to operate a manual pallet jack in a safe manner.
• Ability to match names, numbers and size of items on shelves, counters and storage areas to those in order and price lists.

Responsibilities

• Front, face, and straighten all products assigned to your aisle.
• Ensure all stock on the shelf is in a straight line from front to back and from left to right.
• Remove all damaged items and expired merchandise.
• Rotate all stock daily that has an expiration date.
• Stock merchandise on allocated shelf space and display area.
• Other duties as assigned.
