About The Position

The Shelf Label Strip Team Lead at Target is responsible for overseeing the production and execution of the Shelf Strip Label Program. This role involves coordinating materials and resources, ensuring maximum productivity, and maintaining high-quality standards in production. The Team Lead will focus on team member development, manage performance, and drive continuous improvement within the department.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or 5 years of experience in a print environment.
• Management experience of at least 5 years.
• Working knowledge of print production management.
• Strong leadership skills including conflict resolution.
• Excellent communication and team member relationship skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in production management within a retail environment.
• Familiarity with quality assurance processes in production.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the production and execution of the Shelf Strip Label Program.
• Coordinate materials and resources required for project execution.
• Ensure maximum productivity of team members, equipment, and processes.

• Document processes and maintain real-time records of attendance and tardiness.
• Drive product and packaging quality, ensuring conformance to standards.

• Share daily goals and report production to leadership team.
