About The Position

The Shelf Integrity Associate role is responsible for data entry, process, retrieval and filing of reports or store/company procedures, maintaining scanning information at store level, reviewing and executing proper host batch maintenance, ensuring all sale items are correctly entered and removed, maintaining accurate shelf tags, and completing price checks to ensure all marked prices are accurate, contributing to the financial best interest of the store. The associate will also complete all other assigned duties in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • Proficient Computer (email, spreadsheets, etc.)
  • Ability to read, write, comprehend, and interpret documents
  • Detail Oriented

  • High School Diploma (GED) preferred

Responsibilities

  • Perform data entry, process, retrieval, and filing of any reports or store/company procedures.
  • Maintain scanning information at store level.
  • Review and execute proper host batch maintenance as scheduled.
  • Ensure all sale items are entered into the computer and taken off at the end of the sale.
  • Ensure all shelf tags are accurate and maintained.
  • Complete price checks and ensure prices marked in the store are accurate.
  • Regularly shelf check the entire store.
  • Order shelf tags for missing and/or new items on a regular basis.
  • Put tags up as soon as received on store level, and then verify the system.
  • Verify for accuracy each UPC marked item in the store as compared to the file.
  • Notify Store Management if products/supplies need to be ordered.
  • Train others to perform all department activities and functions.
  • Handle spoiled/damaged products per established guidelines.
  • Maintain familiarity with all products carried in each department.
  • Maintain records on price verification for internal audits.
  • Maintain a clean, attractive, and well-stocked department.
  • Manage item location.
  • Follow all PPE and Safety Guidelines.
  • Follow all Food Safety and Cleaning Expectations.
  • Follow Guest Experience Guidelines.
  • Perform tasks in other departments based on customer experience need.
  • Complete all other duties as assigned in a timely manner.
