Responsibilities include assisting experienced team members with the fabrication, assembly, installation, and repair of commercial HVAC sheet metal products (such as ductwork, fittings, and accessories). You'll support on-site tasks, help maintain a clean and organized job site, handle materials, and learn industry best practices under close supervision. Sheet Metal Installer II (Intermediate) With 3+ years of experience and solid knowledge of sheet metal fabrication and dry-side commercial HVAC systems, you'll fabricate, assemble, install, and repair a wide range of HVAC sheet metal products and equipment. You'll handle more complex tasks independently but still work under the guidance of senior team members. In-depth understanding of commercial duct systems, layout, and design is essential. Sheet Metal Installer III (Senior/Lead) With 5+ years of experience and mastery-level expertise in sheet metal and dry-side commercial HVAC applications, you'll independently fabricate, assemble, install, and repair all types of HVAC-related sheet metal products and equipment. Responsibilities include leading installations, performing system check-outs and startups where applicable, interpreting blueprints, and ensuring compliance with specs and codes. You'll work with minimal supervision and may guide junior team members.
