Starting Pay: $17.43 - 18.00/hr (+$1.00/hr Night Shift Differential) Pay Grade Rage: $17.43 - 19.98/hr (+$1.00/hr Night Shift Differential) Based on experience. Requirements

  • Ability to lift 45–70 lbs and push/pull up to 1100 lbs with a manual pallet jack
  • Comfortable standing/walking for 12-hour shifts in varying conditions
  • Basic math, reading, and measurement skills
  • Attention to detail, organization, and teamwork
  • Strong verbal and written communication

Nice To Haves

  • High school diploma or equivalent + 6–12 months of forklift/pallet jack experience

Responsibilities

  • Preparing and maintaining rolls for machines
  • Operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other PIV equipment
  • Packaging and staging products for the pressroom
  • Assisting operators as needed
  • Keeping work areas clean, organized, and safe
  • Preparing recyclable waste for transport
  • Following all safety policies and procedures
