About The Position

The Sheetfed Material Handler will assist with the sheetfed press to facilitate non-stop operation. The position requires working on a rotating schedule from 6pm to 6am.

Requirements

• Ability to operate hand jacks and forklifts.
• Ability to follow and carry out instructions with excellent attention to detail.
• Positive and professional interpersonal skills required.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous experience in shipping and/or supply chain systems within a warehouse environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organize production and supporting materials such as paper, ink, and plates.
• Assist with daily, weekly, and monthly press maintenance.
• Lift and stack pallets, cardboard, and printed materials.
• Operate hand-jacks, forklifts, or other similar equipment to move materials from shipping, receiving, and staging areas to and from the press.
• Assist in plate/blanket replacement.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following all procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Perform other assigned duties as required by management.
