Must be able to cut, miter, bevel, align and bend metal Lays out, positions, align, and secure parts and assemblies. Assemble components in flat, vertical, overhead, and restricted positions Operate safety equipment and utilize safe work habits Use straight edges, combination squares, calipers, levels, and rulers Examine work for defects, deficiencies, and straightness Set up and utilize power tools, hand tools, welders, lock forming machines, metal brakes and various sheet metal fabrication machinery Lay out fabricated parts and components from details, blueprints, or diagrams Perform any duties assigned in addition to what is detailed above This position is full time with 40 hours the minimum with 48-50 hours likely. Normal 40 hours schedule M-F 6:30 AM until 3:30 PM. We are currently working an OT schedule 48 hours. That schedule being Mon-Thurs 6:30 AM to 5 PM and Friday 6:30 AM until 3 PM.
