Requirements
- Metal or fabrication experience is helpful but not required
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn and develop fabrication skills
- Ability to perform physical labor including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Steel-toe boots required
- Jeans or durable work pants required
Responsibilities
- Assist in fabricating and assembling ductwork components
- Measure, cut, and handle sheet metal materials
- Use basic hand tools and power tools during fabrication tasks
- Support shop operations and general labor activities
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
