About The Position

Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years in commercial sheet metal fabrication and installation
- Knowledge: Familiarity with HVAC systems, ductwork, and sheet metal fabrication techniques
- Skills: Ability to measure, cut, and install sheet metal accurately
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work at heights, and operate hand/power tools
- License: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Nice To Haves
- Certifications: OSHA 10 or 30 preferred; Sheet Metal Apprenticeship or equivalent training is a plus
Responsibilities
- Fabricate, assemble, and install sheet metal components for commercial HVAC and mechanical systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure precise installations
- Measure, cut, and bend sheet metal using hand and power tools
- Install ductwork, ventilation systems, and other sheet metal components
- Ensure all work meets industry standards, safety regulations, and job specifications
- Work alongside project managers, welders, and other trades to complete jobs on time
- Maintain tools and equipment, keeping job sites clean and organized
