Requirements

3+ years of experience as a ductwork mechanic or closely related field.
Proficiency in in using hand and power tools.
Knowledge of HVAC systems and ductwork installation.
Ability to read blueprints and drawings.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Install & repair ductwork systems: You will measure, cut, and install metal and flex ducts.
Fabricate custom components: You'll shape and modify sheet metal with precision tools.
Seal and test systems: You ensure airtight connections for peak performance.
Maintain safety and equipment: Safety is key. You follow all company and OSHA standards and proper tool care.
Support and train teammates: You will help the crew stay efficient and skilled.
