About The Position
Skillforce, a trusted skilled labor staffing partner, We are seeking experienced Sheet Metal Mechanics, including Journeymen and Apprentices, for an upcoming commercial HVAC project. Candidates must have a strong background in commercial sheet metal installation and be comfortable working extended hours in a fast-paced jobsite environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of sheet metal experience (commercial HVAC preferred)
- Experience as a Journeyman or advanced Apprentice
- Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and ductwork
- Reliable transportation and tools appropriate for the trade
- OSHA certification a plus (not required)
Nice To Haves

Responsibilities
- Install, fabricate, and assemble commercial HVAC sheet metal ductwork
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Measure, cut, and install sheet metal components accurately
- Work safely and efficiently in compliance with jobsite safety standards
- Collaborate with supervisors and other trades to meet project deadlines
