This is a physically demanding role that requires teamwork, strong communication, and attention to detail every single day. You’ll work closely with your Superintendent to accomplish daily project goals. Requirements

Willingness to learn
Basic knowledge of OSHA and safety guidelines (or willingness to learn)
Strong problem-solving skills
Reliable transportation to and from job sites and/or shop
Ability to climb ladders and lift 50+ lbs
Comfort working at heights
Reliability and the ability to work outdoors in various climates
No fear of heights
