THE PAY & THE PROMISE Starting Pay: $14.00/hr. The 30-Day Fast Track: We don't make you wait six months for a raise. You will have your first performance review in just 30 days . Growth Potential: Our top fabricators earn up to $30/hr . If you show up, learn the craft, and hit your marks, your pay will reflect it. No seasonal layoffs. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Using tape measures, speed squares, and CNC tech to cut custom metal. Assembling high-quality chimney caps with precision. Working with your hands to turn raw materials into finished products. Maintaining a "quality first" mindset-if it isn't perfect, it doesn't leave the shop. WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU Reliability: You are the person the team can count on to be there every morning. Basic Math: You know how to read a tape measure (to the 1/16th) and aren't afraid of a little shop math. Attitude: You're coachable, motivated, and want to grow with a local company. Experience: Metal or construction experience is a plus, but character and work ethic matter more.
