The Sheet Metal Fabricator I (Cores) produces parts from raw materials to product specification. This position is part of the Cores department and will be located onsite in New Port Richey, FL. The work schedule is Monday thru Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM and overtime is routine. This position requires access to export-controlled commodities, technical data, technology, software, and services. U.S. citizenship, U.S. legal permanent resident status, protected person status, or U.S. Government export authorization is required. Any offer of employment is contingent upon Pall obtaining the necessary employment visa and export authorization, including, if required, an export license from the applicable U.S. government agency. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Measure and fabricate materials from blueprint and work instruction specifications using various hand and power tools to produce complex aerospace parts. Operate shear, deburring equipment, and brake press to produce components. Complete all required paperwork and perform related tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent (i.e. GED) and be computer literate to operate computer applications and software such as ADP and Accupress.
• One year manufacturing experience and the ability to read and understand work instructions, basic blueprints
• Understand and use all measuring equipment (i.e. calipers, height gage, etc.), and fluent with shop math.
• Ability to bend, lift, stand, sit, and twist for long periods of time and required to lift a minimum of 30 pounds on a frequent basis.
• Must pass visual acuity test.
