Assemble steel HVAC components and confirm quality at each step. Keep the floor clean and organized so the next move is always clear. Build pallets and bundles of finished parts for smooth handoffs. Adhere to OSHA safety policies to protect yourself and your team. Use steady hand–eye coordination and safely lift 50+ lbs when needed. Show up as a team player with a true customer-service mindset.
