If this sounds like a day you’d enjoy, keep reading. The Challenge Master a lineup of equipment—stamping presses, roll formers, laser cutting, and standard sheet metal fabrication tools. Assemble steel HVAC components and confirm quality at each step. Keep the floor clean and organized so the next move is always clear. Build pallets and bundles of finished parts for smooth handoffs. Adhere to OSHA safety policies to protect yourself and your team. Use steady hand–eye coordination and safely lift 50+ lbs when needed. Show up as a team player with a true customer-service mindset. What Sets You Up for Success Strong analytical skills with a knack for accelerated root cause problem-solving. Excellent interpersonal skills and clear communication—spoken, written, and presented. Organized, time-savvy, and skilled at sustaining systems and building teams. Comfort with compliance standards and relevant industry regulations. Experience meeting financial targets and managing budgets. ERP know-how (Great Plains/GP, SAP, or similar) in purchasing, receiving, production, or shipping.
