About The Position
Position Objective: Responsible for operating the shear machine. This position will be assigned to either a 2nd or 3rd shift.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the shearing process which enhances the carpet's finish
- Monitor the lint house for proper operation
- Monitor all accumulators and carpet guides
- Must fill in as technician as needed
