You will play a crucial role via the following: Manage SharePoint and Power BI platforms and act as primary relationship manager Oversee design, development, testing, and deployment of supporting applications in Power Apps Support building and integration of Power Automate flows for process automation Coordinate creation and integration of solutions within SharePoint and Azure Lead team of developers, administrators, and analysts supporting SharePoint, Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate platforms Provide direction, coaching, and development to all team members Streamline content creation, organization, and retention Manage compliance, ensuring that all activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements, such as data protection and privacy laws Create and/or delete sites or site collections and set factors like storage quota and time zone Schedule version updates and upgrades, and maintain records of updates, maintenance, and activity Manage permissions for users, lists, folders, and files Collaborate with business users and team members to gather feedback, understand their data needs, and ensure the Power BI, SharePoint, Power Apps, and/or Power Automate solution(s) align(s) with their requirements Work with end users, stakeholders, and management to define and create reports, dashboards, and data analysis products Supervise design of project roadmaps Create and review estimations of effort required to develop solutions Create, edit, review, and maintain process, technical architecture, design, and user guide documentation Contribute to the development of technical processes reviews, postmortems, and continual process improvements internally as well as for customers/stakeholders Stays current with the latest Power BI, SharePoint, Power Apps, and Power Automate features, functionalities, and best practices to leverage new capabilities WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED Bring your expertise along with a drive for innovation to GDIT. The Information Systems Sr Manager must have: ● Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science ● Experience: 5+ years of related experience ● Required Skills: Ability to create and administer SharePoint sites Ability to create, modify, and support Power BI reports Ability to create, modify, and support dashboards in Power BI Ability to develop and test applications in Power Apps Ability to build and integrate automation flows in Power Automate Knowledge of data source connectivity, including on-prem and cloud-based sources (SQL Server, SharePoint, Azure, et al.) Experience setting up and enforcing data governance, naming conventions, and workspace policies Excellent leadership and communication skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Knowledge of software development principles and lifecycle Proficiency in the Agile software testing process and lifecycle, from smoke test to integration to production deployment Experience leading a cross-functional group in an Agile framework Ability to understand stakeholder issues and translate into stories for clear, actionable guidance Ability to present effectively to team members and stakeholders at all levels
