About The Position

We are looking for a motivated Junior SharePoint Developer to join our dynamic team at. In this role, you will assist in the development, customization, and maintenance of our SharePoint platform, ensuring it meets the needs of our users and aligns with our organizational goals. This will be a contract position.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in SharePoint Online development using automatic workflow tools like Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Familiarity with SharePoint on Prem Server.
• Well versed in SDLC Process.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn new technologies.
• Strong requirement gathering skills and experience with Project management Tools.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with PowerShell scripting for SharePoint administration.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite like Microsoft Viva and its integration with SharePoint.
• ShareGate On Premise to Online Migration experience with tools like Sharegate.
• Exposure to Agile development methodologies.
• Experience with Microsoft Project or similar PMO tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, development, and deployment of SharePoint solutions to enhance user experience and collaboration.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Support the customization of SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and workflows using SharePoint Designer and Power Automate.
• Participate in testing and troubleshooting SharePoint applications and features to ensure optimal performance.
• Contribute to documentation efforts, including user guides and technical documentation.
