We need a full-stack developer who will use their passion to learn new tools and techniques and identify and implement system improvements. Using modern agile practices and the SharePoint platform, you'll work with the development team to build customized business solutions for critical federal clients. You'll analyze needs and the environment to make sure the solution you're developing considers the architecture and operating environment as well as future functionality and enhancements.   • 5+ years of experience in SharePoint front-end development
  • Experience with business process analysis, user requirements development and documentation, and system development lifecycle (SDLC) programming and systems analysis
  • Experience with the development of SharePoint on-premises and building complex out-of-the-box SharePoint Solutions using development tools, including InfoPath, SharePoint Designer, Visual Studio, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and JQuery
  • Experience manipulating list items, creating on-demand reports and mashups of data, and delivering easy to understand content
  • Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
  • HS diploma or GED
  • Experience with development in SharePoint Online, including Power Automate or Flow, Forms, and PowerApps, and supporting SharePoint migrations to Microsoft Office 365
  • Experience with information and systems administration, database administration, data analysis and visualization, and research and development
  • Experience preparing or contributing to systems documentation
  • Experience with collaboration tools, including Confluence or Jira
  • Ability to prepare or contribute to systems documentation
  • Master's degree
