About The Position

Comprehensive Healthcare provides innovative behavioral health and integrated healthcare services to clients of all ages. As part of our Information Services team, the The SharePoint Administrator is responsible for managing, configuring, and maintaining the organization’s SharePoint environment to ensure optimal performance, security, and usability. This role involves collaborating with business units to design solutions, implement governance policies, and provide technical support for SharePoint sites, workflows, and integrations.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience administering SharePoint environments (SharePoint Online and/or SharePoint Server).
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Teams, OneDrive, and Power Platform.
  • Experience with SharePoint security, permissions, and governance best practices.
  • Familiarity with scripting (PowerShell) for automation and administration tasks.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field and two years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Administrator or related certification.
  • Experience with migration tools and processes (e.g., ShareGate, Metalogix).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Administration & Maintenance Manage SharePoint Online and/or SharePoint Server environments, including site collections, permissions, and configurations.
  • Monitor system health, performance, and security compliance.
  • Apply patches, updates, and service packs as needed.
  • User Support & Training Provide Tier 2/3 support for SharePoint-related issues.
  • Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for end-users.
  • Governance & Security Implement and enforce governance policies for site creation, content management, and permissions.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational security standards and data retention policies.
  • Customization & Development Configure SharePoint features, web parts, and workflows using Power Automate and Power Apps.
  • Collaborate with developers for custom solutions and integrations with other systems.
  • Documentation & Reporting Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Generate usage reports and recommend improvements for adoption and efficiency.
