This role is central to enabling secure, scalable, and automated digital workflows across GRVTY’s enterprise, with an emphasis on the Microsoft 365 GCC High (GCCH) ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have both administrative expertise and low-code solution-building capabilities to streamline communication, ensure governance, and deliver powerful business insights. In this position, you will serve as the primary administrator and solution architect for our SharePoint Online environment—supporting site structure, permission governance, metadata strategy, and integration with Microsoft Teams and OneDrive. You'll work closely with technical and business stakeholders to automate workflows using Power Automate, develop custom business applications via Power Apps, and build insightful dashboards in Power BI for internal reporting and compliance tracking. A strong understanding of GCCH constraints and security boundaries is highly preferred, as many solutions will be designed for environments under strict regulatory controls. Daily responsibilities include managing SharePoint site collections, configuring secure access and role-based permissions, and developing lifecycle and retention policies. You'll design and maintain automated flows for document management, request systems, and alerting mechanisms. In addition, you will lead efforts related to data migration, system integration, and content consolidation, ensuring information is transferred securely, logically organized, and aligned with compliance requirements. You’ll also deliver interactive Power BI dashboards for leadership and compliance teams, and help streamline reporting through connected data sources across Microsoft 365.
