LMI is seeking a skilled SharePoint Administrator/ Project Manager to support LMI’s Department of Veteran Affairs (VA) account. The SharePoint Administrator/Project Manager will take a leading role in supporting data analytics for training initiatives under the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA)’s Institute for Learning, Education and Development (ILEAD). With expertise in project management, Microsoft SharePoint administration, and data analytics, the selected candidate will focus on enabling efficient and secure storage, visualization, and management of VA data, automating workflows, and applying advanced analytical techniques to support critical training and organizational needs. A successful SharePoint Administrator/Project Manager will be highly skilled in SharePoint management, project coordination, workflow automation, and data visualization. They will excel in designing, deploying, and maintaining collaborative solutions while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and security standards. A successful candidate will be detail-oriented, able to manage competing priorities, and possess strong analytical skills to translate stakeholder needs into actionable solutions. Expertise in digital transformation, user adoption strategies, and governance frameworks is highly desired.
