About The Position
HealthPartners is hiring for a full-time Shared Services Trainer. The position is responsible for developing and managing the design, implementation, evaluation, and maintenance of new and ongoing training for all Scheduling Call Center Staff. This includes creating training materials, tools, resources, and presentations to ensure effective training delivery.
