About the position
Nonotuck is seeking a well-balanced caregiver to move in with, live and care for a person with disabilities in their home in Falmouth MA. The caregiver helps the person with their daily activities, health, wellness, encourages community participation, and promotes a safe and meaningful lifestyle.
Responsibilities
- Planning and cooking meals together each day
- Participating in community and social activities
- Providing transportation
- Scheduling and overseeing medical care and appointments
- Supervising bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, and budgeting
- Providing emotional and behavioral support
Requirements
- Willingness to move into the home of one of our members
- No previous experience necessary
- Non-smoker preferred
