As a SharePoint Workflow Developer at GDIT, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Department of Energy's National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA). This position is integral to the National Nuclear Security Administration IT Managed Services (NIMS) program, which focuses on enhancing national security through the application of nuclear science. Your work will contribute to maintaining and improving the safety, security, and effectiveness of the U.S. nuclear weapons stockpile. You will be part of a team that is dedicated to modernizing IT and Cybersecurity infrastructure, transforming current services into a managed service environment. This role offers the opportunity to work in various locations across the U.S., providing flexibility and diversity in your work environment. In this position, you will be responsible for managing and updating existing workflows within SharePoint, as well as creating new workflows to meet the evolving needs of the NNSA. You will utilize no-code, low-code, and fully scripted solutions to develop on the SharePoint platform, ensuring that the most appropriate approaches are employed. Your work will involve delivering solutions using Agile practices, including Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD), orchestrating and automating workflows, and managing integrations with other systems. You will also apply best practices in End User Experience design to enhance user satisfaction and engagement with the workflows you develop. Following established change practices, you will roll out changes after thorough testing, ensuring that all updates are seamless and effective. This position not only allows you to contribute to a vital national mission but also provides exposure to both client and GDIT senior leadership. You will collaborate across teams, helping program leadership coordinate and deliver on complex tasks, thereby making a significant impact on the security of nuclear power and arsenals in the U.S.
