We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented SharePoint Administrator to manage, configure, and support our SharePoint environments. The ideal candidate will ensure platform stability, optimize performance, and provide technical expertise to enhance collaboration and business processes across the organization.

  • Manage and maintain SharePoint environments, including UI/UX development, implementation, and customization.
  • Create and manage SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, workflows, and permissions.
  • Customize and configure site collections, content types, and metadata.
  • Administer front-end and database components for IT tools (e.g., SharePoint, ArcGIS).
  • Support integration with Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, OneDrive, Power Automate, PowerApps).
  • Create, update, and maintain lists, libraries, and workflows to support business operations.
  • Manage and enforce governance policies for metadata, retention, and content lifecycle.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues across SharePoint environments.
  • Apply front-end coding fixes for custom web interfaces.
  • Support migrations, upgrades, and new implementations.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive system documentation in alignment with project management standards.
  • Develop reports and dashboards for performance monitoring and compliance.
  • Evaluate and recommend technologies to enhance system operations and streamline processes.
  • Identify automation opportunities to improve workflows and productivity.
  • Identify, analyze, and mitigate operational risks to ensure consistent system performance.
  • Perform health checks, monitoring, and performance tuning.
  • Follow established project management and IT security guidelines.
  • Manage permissions, access controls, and auditing for secure operations.
  • Support agency requirements for data protection and regulatory compliance.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and user support.
  • Provide training and guidance to end users.
  • Work both independently and collaboratively with federal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience designing and delivering training in any field.
  • In-depth knowledge of training practices and techniques, including adult learning principles.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple training initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Experience in IT or technical training.
  • Strong analytical skills for training needs assessment and evaluation.
