About The Position

As a Shahbaz, you are responsible for assisting our residents with a wide range of their daily needs and undertakings. In addition to direct patient care, they are responsible for meal preparation, house cleaning and various recreational activities.

Requirements

Registered Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) required

Responsibilities

Patient Care. Provide and assist with all aspects of daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing and comfort care; maintain a safe and attractive environment at all times
Meal Preparation. Prepare meals based on Food Production Sheet and create alternative choices to meet patients’ preference and nutritional needs; ensure all kitchen logs are in compliance with NYS Department of Health regulations; maintain a safe and sanitary environment
Housekeeping. Monitor housekeeping and laundry logs daily; coordinate cleaning schedules
Activity Management. Follow Recreation Community Calendar for daily plan, and check with patients for any activity preference; coordinate with the team and implement morning and afternoon activities daily; facilitate community outings; document all activities in Caretracker
