We are seeking a detail-oriented Shade Installer with experience in home audio/video integration to join our team. This role requires strong hands-on skills, precision measuring abilities, and a passion for delivering a flawless installation that “wows” the customer the first time. The ideal candidate takes pride in craftsmanship, understands low-voltage systems, and is committed to doing the job right without cutting corners.

Requirements

• Experience with motorized shades and home A/V or automation systems
• Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools daily
• Excellent measuring skills and extreme attention to detail
• Ability to read plans, wiring diagrams, and installation documentation
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for getting it right the first time

Responsibilities

• Install motorized and manual shading systems in residential environments
• Integrate shades with home automation and A/V control systems
• Accurately measure windows and mounting locations to ensure perfect fit and operation
• Run and terminate low-voltage wiring cleanly and professionally
• Test, program, and troubleshoot shade and control systems
• Maintain clean, organized job sites and represent the company professionally
• Maintain product inventory and resolve any inventory issues
