We are seeking an experienced Onshore QA Lead with deep expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) to oversee end-to-end quality assurance for marketing automation, customer journeys, integrations, data flows, and campaign execution. This role will be responsible for defining the QA strategy, leading test cycles, ensuring compliance, and driving high-quality deliverables across marketing programs and platform enhancements. You will collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers, Marketing Operations, and Business Stakeholders to ensure reliable, scalable, and error-free marketing communications across email, SMS, push, and personalized customer journeys.
