The SF Operational Risk - Risk Management - Senior Associate will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities: Identify needs of the business through understanding unit operations and broader enterprise context. Coordinate stakeholders and team members to support delivery of strategic business initiatives. Identifies opportunities for team members to streamline efficiencies and drive productivity. In this role, you will contribute to the operations of the team's strategic direction and activities related to implementation of changes from internal and external regulations, adjustment to internal governance policies and requirements as well as monitor and report on team's activities to ensure compliance with internal team, divisional and Enterprise policies and Standards requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Identify needs of the business through understanding unit operations and broader enterprise context.
  • Coordinate stakeholders and team members to support delivery of strategic business initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities for team members to streamline efficiencies and drive productivity.
  • Contribute to the operations of the team's strategic direction and activities related to implementation of changes from internal and external regulations.
  • Adjust internal governance policies and requirements.
  • Monitor and report on team's activities to ensure compliance with internal team, divisional and Enterprise policies and Standards requirements.
  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and managing deliverables ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet internal standards and requirements.

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in Risk assessment and Business Administration management.
  • Prior experience in Audit, Compliance or Program Management.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to deliver complex technical information to audiences with various backgrounds and roles.
  • Skilled in presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understand.
  • Ability to work with people with different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively towards a common goal.
