About The Position
The Sexual Assault Response Coordinator (SARC) serves as a key figure in managing the Sexual Harassment/Assault Response and Prevention (SHARP) program for Army brigade-sized organizations. This role involves coordinating care for victims of sexual harassment and assault, providing training and policy guidance, and ensuring effective communication and transportation for SHARP personnel. The SARC is responsible for promoting education and awareness regarding sexual harassment and assault prevention.
