Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial sewing
• Strong knowledge of garment construction and sewing techniques
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot industrial sewing machines
• Excellent attention to detail and quality control skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines

Responsibilities

• Operate industrial sewing machines to sew garments and other products
• Perform quality checks on all sewn products to ensure they meet our standards
• Troubleshoot and repair sewing machines as needed
• Train and mentor junior sewing technicians
• Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure all products are produced to the highest standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
