Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial sewing
- Proficient in using industrial sewing machines and tools
- Ability to read and interpret sewing patterns and instructions
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain industrial sewing machines
- Read and interpret sewing patterns and instructions
- Cut and sew fabric to create high-quality products
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve sewing machine issues
- Train and mentor junior sewing technicians
