About The Position

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years experience operating industrial sewing machines in a manufacturing setting.
• Basic knowledge of sewing techniques, fabric types, and garment construction.
• Ability to read and interpret production specifications and quality standards.
• Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.

• Certification or formal training in sewing technology or textile manufacturing.
• Experience with computerized sewing equipment and automated production lines.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain industrial sewing machines and related equipment to produce high-quality sewn products according to specifications.
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure compliance with quality standards and production guidelines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues with sewing equipment to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency.
• Collaborate with production supervisors and team members to optimize sewing processes and implement improvements.
