About The Position

Foamcraft is the leader in foam fabrication and has been for decades. We are looking for individuals to join our family as a Sewing Operator at our Greenfield, Indiana location. Foamcraft was founded in 1952. Now, 70 years later, Foamcraft has grown from one small foam shop in downtown Indianapolis to five facilities across Indiana. Non sewers start at $14/hr and Sewers with verified experience will start at $15/hr. Employees are eligible for $0.50 increases four times in the first year based on performance – or up to $2 in the first year . We also pay a $120 bi-weekly perfect attendance incentive for all those who qualify.

Responsibilities

Cutting fabric and sewing with a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and getting the best possible yield
Ensuring sewing equipment is operating correctly
