About The Position

Foamcraft has been a trusted name in foam fabrication for decades. We are looking for individuals to join our family as an Industrial Sewing Operator at our Greenfield, Indiana location. This is a full-time, first shift opportunity. Experience is appreciated but not required to join the team. Founded in 1952, Foamcraft has grown from a small Indianapolis shop to five facilities across Indiana. Pay starts at $14/hour for novice sewers and sewers with verified experience are eligible for $15/hour Potential for a performance-based increase of $2.00/hour in the first year of employment $120 bi-weekly perfect attendance incentive for eligible employees

Cutting fabric and sewing with a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and getting the best possible yield
Ensuring sewing equipment is operating correctly
