About The Position

We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Sewing Machine Operators to join our production team. In this role, you will operate industrial sewing equipment and support the manufacturing process by ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance with company standards.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience with commercial sewing machines.
Basic knowledge of threading and sewing machine maintenance.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong attention to detail and quality.
Ability to read and understand verbal and written work instructions in English.
Availability to work weekends and overtime as needed.
Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

Operate industrial sewing machines used in the production process.
Use CNC cutting machines to cut fabric into required shapes.
Lift and move raw materials, finished products, and packed items from conveyors and work tables.
Create and print labels using the ERP system.
Clean, label, and pack finished products.
Ensure inventory is stocked and stored in the correct location using an RF scanner.
Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality standards; report defects to the production lead or quality team.
Complete all required job paperwork accurately.
Communicate any issues affecting personnel, equipment, or materials to supervisors or managers.
Train new and existing team members on different production functions to improve efficiency and productivity.
Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures at all times.
