What You'll Need to Succeed: A sharp eye for detail - you'll be making sure every stitch and seam is just right. Great hand-eye coordination - you'll be working with different types of sewing machines and materials. The ability to follow written instructions and blueprints with ease. A strong sense of responsibility - being on time and dependable is a big deal here. Comfort working with machines and staying focused while seated for extended periods. A high school diploma or GED - it shows you're ready to learn and follow directions. Requirements

A sharp eye for detail
Great hand-eye coordination
The ability to follow written instructions and blueprints with ease

Comfort working with machines and staying focused while seated for extended periods

Someone who's detail-oriented and accurate
Someone who can ream a ruler and is good with measurements (you'll need to work within 1/16th of an inch)
Quick to spot small differences by eye

Responsibilities

Operating a variety of sewing machines (like single/double needle, overlock, CNC auto tracker, and more)
Reading, interpreting, and following blueprints and build plans
Staying organized and handling multiple tasks on your own
Following all safety and work procedures
Learning new skills and growing with us!
