Requirements

• A sharp eye for detail - you'll be making sure every stitch and seam is just right.
• Great hand-eye coordination - you'll be working with different types of sewing machines and materials.
• The ability to follow written instructions and blueprints with ease.
• A strong sense of responsibility - being on time and dependable is a big deal here.
• Comfort working with machines and staying focused while seated for extended periods.
• A high school diploma or GED - it shows you're ready to learn and follow directions.
• Most importantly, you'll share our values: Integrity, Humility, Accountability, Teamwork, Understanding, and Professionalism.
• Someone who's detail-oriented and accurate.
• Good with measurements (you'll need to work within 1/16th of an inch).
• Comfortable using rulers and spotting small differences by eye.
• Self-motivated and ready to be part of a great team.

Responsibilities

• Operating a variety of sewing machines (like single/double needle, overlock, CNC auto tracker, and more).
• Reading and interpreting blueprints and build plans.
• Staying organized and handling multiple tasks on your own.
• Following all safety and work procedures.
• Learning new skills and growing with us!
