About The Position

Experienced industrial sewers needed...Apply today! 1st shift - 6:30am - 3:00 pm What You’ll Do Sew seats, backs, and arms for furniture using single- and double-needle industrial machines. Perform repairs, adjustments, manual re-cuts, and product inspections to meet quality standards. Support training of other sewing team members and assist with process improvements. Communicate pattern and process enhancements with NPD and Manufacturing Engineering. Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow all safety and PPE requirements. What You’ll Bring Industrial sewing experience (required) and manufacturing experience (preferred). Strong hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, and ability to follow instructions. Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform standing, bending, reaching, and walking for a full shift. Ability to read, write, and assist in training others. A self-motivated, accountable, customer-focused mindset aligned with company values.
