About The Position

The Sewing Anchor is a flexible operator assigned to the Eton Unit Production line. This role requires proficiency in at least two sewing operations to support line balance and production flow. The Sewing Anchor ensures smooth operation by rotating while maintaining a minimum efficiency of 70% across both operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years’ sewing experience in Apparel Manufacturing with required efficiency of a minimum of 70%.
  • Skilled in at least two sewing operations (examples: inseam, waistband attach, pocket attach, side seam, bottom hem).
  • Familiarity with Eton or similar Unit Production Systems preferred.
  • Proven ability to work at or above 70% efficiency.
  • Flexible, dependable, and able to support multiple operations.

Responsibilities

  • Perform at least two different sewing operations assigned on the Eton line.
  • Maintain a minimum of 70% efficiency across combined operations.
  • Support production balance by rotating between operations to eliminate bottlenecks.
  • Inspect work at each station to ensure garments meet quality standards.
  • Assist the line supervisor in maintaining a continuous and balanced workflow.
  • Adapt quickly to changes in line setup and workload distribution.
  • Follow all safety, housekeeping, and quality procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned.
