Requirements
- 2+ years of plumbing or sewer experience preferred
- Experience with sewer camera inspections
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable discussing larger repair/replacement investments
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Professional demeanor and customer-first mindset
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Responsibilities
- Perform sewer camera inspections and system evaluations
- Diagnose sewer line failures, blockages, root intrusion, and pipe deterioration
- Present repair and replacement options (spot repairs, trenchless, full replacements, etc
- Provide clear pricing and financing options to homeowners
- Educate customers so they can make confident decisions
- Coordinate with installation crews for seamless project execution
- Document inspections, proposals, and customer approvals in ServiceTitan
- Maintain a professional appearance and company vehicle
