About The Position

The Sewer Sales Representative at Done Right Today Plumbing and Drain Cleaning is responsible for supporting the Sewer Department by developing relationships with existing and prospective customers. This role focuses on meeting monthly goals and growth targets while providing exceptional customer service and sales support. The position requires collaboration with various teams and involves a mix of sales presentations, customer assessments, and industry research.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in sales.
• 3 years of experience in sewer/water service.
• 3 years of experience in plumbing.
• Strong writing skills.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to the Sewer Department in developing existing and prospective customers.
• Be familiar with sewer replacements, repairs, and water service replacements.
• Collaborate with Sales Managers, Inside Sales Team, and Technicians to understand customer requirements.
• Deliver sales script presentations to explain products or services to customers.
• Create sales or service contracts for products or services.
• Research and identify potential customers for products or services.
• Provide customer support and recommend services to clients.
• Recommend improved materials or systems to customers, documenting benefits.
• Keep informed on industry news, trends, and product developments.
• Assist with training and support of new team members.
