Develop a daily schedule of productive activities from qualified leads Develop community relationships for referral and sales opportunities Respond to and initiate telephone contact with potential customers Complete camera inspections of main line for customers and accurately diagnose defects. Inform homeowners on the state of their sewer main and offer appropriate options for repair or replacement. Prepare and present individualized proposals for main sewer replacements or repair Close sales and achieve assigned sales performance objectives Collaborate with the Excavation team to ensure the job is executed professionally. Sell additional services to present customer base and referrals Meet company's target of contacting all leads within 2 hours of receiving them Hand off all required papers to the crew to complete required work. What We Are Looking For: 2 years of residential plumbing experience required Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and techniques Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and materials Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record High school diploma or equivalent; trade school or certification a plus Pre-Employment Requirements All employment offers are contingent on successful completion of a criminal background check, drug screening, and motor vehicle report (if applicable). Requirements

2 years of residential plumbing experience required
