About The Position

Harris Plumbing, Heating, Air, & Electrical is a growing, full-service residential plumbing, heating, air and electrical company located in NJ, PA and DE. Locally-owned and operated, our team provides homeowners in the Tri-State with 5-star residential home services, all delivered through a proven, customer-focused service system. We are searching for a highly motivated Sewer Sales (Drains Specialist) Technician with at least 2 years of sales experience and preferably 2 years of camera technician or skilled trades experience to join our team! In this role, you will listen to the needs of our customers, working with them to determine the best solutions to keeping their main drain lines and secondary drain lines flowing freely and smoothly.

Requirements

Must be detail oriented and can follow safety procedures close and maintain accurate records of the work performed
Possess the aptitude to work with other and take instruction
Demonstrate the skills needed to troubleshoot, quickly diagnose a situation, and choose the appropriate action needed to mitigate the situation
The ability to perceive and discriminate colors or shades of colors, odors, sounds, depth, texture, and visual cues or signals.
The ability to communicate orally.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

Providing useful and detailed reports
Monitoring the location of all the equipment from above ground
Providing customers with updated information
Operating the remote-controlled sewer camera
Provide labor support as needed for specialty crew
Must ensure the proper use of personal safety equipment
Follow all health and safety regulations when operating equipment
Flexibility of working long hours and the ability to work in all types of weather conditions
Maintain a clean job site and to pick up all tools and equipment and secure the job-site each day
Other duties as required
