Requirements
- Experience in plumbing, sewer, drain cleaning, or underground work, REQUIRED
- Ability to troubleshoot and work independently in the field
- Strong work ethic and professionalism
- Comfortable with physical work and outdoor conditions
- Team player with leadership potential
- Valid driver’s license (CDL is a plus)
Nice To Haves
- Experience with sewer cameras, jetting, or trenchless work strongly preferred
Responsibilities
- Install CIPP (Cured-In-Place Pipe) liners in residential sewer systems
- Operate trenchless equipment (inversion drums, cutters, curing systems)
- Perform drain cleaning and pipe prep before lining installs
- Diagnose sewer conditions and ensure proper install execution
- Work closely with your crew to complete jobs efficiently and correctly
- Follow all safety protocols, including confined space procedures
- Maintain and clean equipment and trucks
- Provide a five-star customer experience on every job
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times
