Requirements

  • Previous sewer or plumbing installation experience preferred
  • Knowledge of sewer systems, piping materials, and fittings
  • Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, digging, and working in confined spaces
  • Ability to perform physical labor in varying weather conditions
  • Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
  • Commitment to quality workmanship and safety

Responsibilities

  • Install, repair, and replace residential sewer and drain systems
  • Perform sewer line excavations, trenching, and backfilling
  • Operate tools and equipment such as excavators, trenchers, and hand tools
  • Read and interpret plans, job specs, and utility markings
  • Work closely with plumbers, supervisors, and homeowners to complete jobs efficiently
  • Follow Washington State safety regulations and company safety standards
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site
