About The Position

We're seeking a detail-oriented Sewer Inspection Technician to conduct camera-based inspections of sewer and drain lines. You'll diagnose system conditions, identify defects, and document findings with precision. The ideal candidate is analytical, technically skilled, and comfortable working independently in the field.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with sewer camera inspections, plumbing, or utility diagnostics preferred
• Ability to learn inspection software and reporting systems
• Strong observational and analytical skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Comfortable working in confined spaces and outdoor environments
• Ability to communicate technical findings clearly and professionally
• Basic proficiency with computers and mobile devices

Responsibilities

• Perform sewer and drain inspections using video camera systems
• Identify structural issues including cracks, root intrusion, offsets, collapses, and obstructions
• Document inspection results through reports, photos, and video recordings
• Interpret findings and explain them clearly to internal teams or clients
• Maintain and calibrate inspection equipment properly
• Follow safety protocols and industry standards during all inspections
• Coordinate with cleaning or repair teams when needed
