The Big Task As the Sewer & Drain Manager, you will lead the development, growth, and daily operations of Logan Services’ Sewer & Drain division. You’ll be responsible for building a strong team, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and driving operational and financial success while aligning with Logan’s values and standards.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the Sewer & Drain team through hiring, training, coaching, and performance management
  • Oversee daily operations, scheduling, and job execution to ensure efficiency, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
  • Establish processes, standards, and best practices to support the successful growth of the Sewer & Drain division
  • Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive performance, revenue growth, and a seamless customer experience
